The napatcurtain.com website is created solely for the purpose of providing information about our products, services, installation portfolio, and contact channels. This website does not have a membership registration system, user account linking, or direct online financial transactions.

For transparency and in compliance with the law, the Company would like to inform you of our terms of service and personal data protection policy as follows:

1. Personal Data Protection Policy (PDPA)

Since this is an informational website, the Company does not collect personal data through a membership system on the site. However, to ensure the custom order and installation processes are completed seamlessly, the Company will collect data under the following conditions:

  • Data Collection Method: The Company will only receive your personal data (e.g., name, phone number, address, LINE ID) when you contact us directly through the channels specified on the website (such as by phone, adding our LINE Official account, or Facebook Inbox) to request a consultation, request an estimate, or schedule an on-site evaluation.
  • Purpose of Data Usage: The information you provide via chat or phone will be used exclusively for coordinating on-site measurements, providing price estimates, processing installations, issuing relevant documents, and providing after-sales service.
  • Data Security: The Company will absolutely not disclose, exchange, or sell your personal data to any unrelated third parties.
  • Cookies: The website may use standard cookies to collect website traffic statistics (such as the number of visitors) to improve the website's performance. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. Ordering and Price Estimation Policy

  • Contact Process: Requesting a quotation, scheduling an appointment, or ordering products will be processed through our LINE Official account, Facebook Page, or by phone, where our team is ready to provide consultation.
  • On-site Estimation Service: The Company is pleased to offer free on-site evaluation and measurement services (in Pathum Thani, Rangsit, Thanyaburi, and nearby areas as specified by the Company) with no obligation.
  • Production Confirmation: Since the Company's products are custom-made (Made to Order), the material ordering and production process will only begin after the customer has agreed to the details and paid the deposit as specified in the quotation.

3. Cancellation, Exchange, and Return Policy

Since curtains, blinds, wallpapers, and folding doors are custom-made to the customer's specific dimensions (Made to Order), once the Company has received the deposit and started the production process, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

If there is an issue arising from the Company's production error or defective materials, the Company will gladly take responsibility and correct it as agreed upon at no additional cost.

4. Warranty Policy

The Company highly values after-sales service. Therefore, we provide a warranty policy to ensure our customers' peace of mind as follows:

  • Warranty Period: We provide a warranty for the installation work and curtain track equipment for a period of 1 year starting from the completion date of the installation.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, scratches or tears from pets, natural disasters, normal wear and tear over time, or modifications made by technicians not affiliated with the Company.
